Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Refunds are not available for Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or returned without original packaging. Additionally, custom or personalized Products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please follow these steps: Contact our customer service team via press@jetboilsale.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and photos of the Product (if applicable).  Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Ship the Product back to us using the provided return instructions. We offer free return shipping for all eligible refund requests—you will not be charged any additional fees for returning the Product. Once we receive and inspect the returned Product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm eligibility for a refund.
Refund Timelines: After we confirm that your returned Product is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor (typically 3-7 business days).
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong model, missing parts), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the defect/damage, and our team will arrange for a free return and either a full refund or a replacement Product (at your option). We may require additional information to verify the issue, and we reserve the right to inspect the defective Product before processing the refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds: (a) Used or damaged Products (unless defective); (b) Custom or personalized Products; (c) Products returned after the 60-day refund window; (d) Gift cards (if applicable).
